Yes. We will send you a tracking number via email as soon as your package is sent.

Your tracking number is sent to the email address you provided in a follow-up email (which is different than your order notification). Please check your junk folders if you have trouble locating this email. You may also log in at Vehicleaid.com, select “My Account” and then “My Orders” to track a specific shipment.

You can cancel/change your order at any time if the order has not yet been packed or shipped, otherwise you will need to return it. Please review our return policy.

Vehicleaid.com only ships to locations within the United States.

No, Vehicleaid does not currently offer shipping to APO or FPO addresses.

Currently, all shipping from Vehicleaid.com cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes. A physical street address is required.

If you happen to receive a damaged or wrong headlight, please contact us immediately for a replacement.

Products must be in new condition and in the original packaging. Products marked “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned. Please check our return and refund policy here for more details.

Please repackage the item(s) in the original shipping container and contact us for a return.

We are not responsible for any return freight charges unless the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect or a direct result of an error on our part.

Refunds are normally processed within 24-72 business hours after our warehouse receives your returned headlights. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment source. For credit card payments, it may take about 5 – 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

You can order the correct headlights on our website and return the wrong headlights to us, just like you return any other item. You can take a look at our return policy.

Yes. It comes with both the driver and passenger headlight.

Bulbs are not included. It may come with test bulbs, which should be replaced before installation. You can use original light bulbs or replace them with new ones.

You can check the original bulb. There are also numbers on the outside of the headlights to indicate which bulbs you need.

VehicleAid headlights do not contain electrical wiring.

If you drive up to a wall at night, you can see where the adjustment goes. Park close enough to the wall so you can see the light. Make your adjustments, you will see the light move. Set it where you want the light to shine.

There is an adjusting screw on the top of the headlight assembly.

Yes, Vehicleaid headlights are sealed.

The fog you see in your light is condensation. Your Halogen headlight bulbs put out some heat, the inside of the headlight is full of warm air while the outside is cooler. Condensation occurs when ambient temperatures inside the headlights differ vastly from environment temperature. This causes gaseous water molecules inside the headlight to condense. Condensation is a natural phenomenon that occurs everywhere. This is sort of like how the front window on your car can fog up and you have to turn on the defroster vent to clear it all away. The condensation in your headlights will usually dissipate after the headlights are turned on, as the heat of the lights evaporates the moisture.

Changing your account information is easy. Just visit MY ACCOUNT and you can manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.

If you forget the password and cannot sign into your account, just hover the mouse over LOGIN / REGISTER at the top of our website, then click “Lost your password?”. Please enter your username or email address on the page. You will receive a link to create a new password via email. If you can sign in to your account but want to reset the password for some reason, just hover the mouse over MY ACCOUNT and then click Account details. Enter your current and the new password, confirm the new password, and then click the save button.
