Thanks for purchasing headlights at vehicleaid.com. If you buy the wrong headlights or are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date the product was received by the buyer or original recipient unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. Please repackage the item(s) in the original shipping container and contact us for a return.
All returns must be unused and in their original condition, including all items and components that were included in the original package. Items being returned must not have been disassembled, mounted, modified, or damaged due to incorrect installation or user error.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund.
If your return is approved, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take about 5 – 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Shipping
You will be responsible for return shipping fees. It is strongly suggested to purchase insurance on the return shipment. If the package is damaged during the shipping process, you will not be eligible for a refund. It is also suggested to get tracking and shipping confirmation when returning a product to ensure us receives the package. We are not responsible for packages lost during the shipping process.
If you need to cancel an order made on vehicleaid.com, please call us or contact us via Live Chat or email. Cancellations may be accommodated if the order has not yet been packed or shipped.
We will do our best to process order cancellations, but if for any reason we are unable to do so, you will need to wait for the order to be delivered and then return it to us. For more details, please refer to our return policy.
Vehicleaid will guarantee that your product will be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 1 Year from the original purchase date unless otherwise specified.
This limited warranty is non-transferable, and made ONLY to the original purchaser.

We will either replace any defective or malfunctioning product at no charge or provide a refund instead of replacing the product.
If a product is replaced under this warranty, we will warranty the replacement product as well, subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions contained in this policy.
We warrant products to be free of defects for 1 year.

ORDERING
Step 1: Please select the right Make, Model and Year of your car with our Products Filter to view the headlights that fit your vehicle. Add the products you need to the shopping cart.
Step 2: View your cart, calculate shipping and proceed to checkout.
Step 3: Add billing and shipping details here, then proceed to finish the payment.
Note: You will receive an order notification email containing order details after completing payment successfully.
You can choose Shop Pay or PayPal payment or pay for your orders with major credit & debit cards issued in the United States. Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.
Vehicleaid ships only to locations within the US 48 contiguous states. Most orders are processed for shipment within 24-48 working hours after you finish payment, unless otherwise specified. Then you can track your packages with the tracking number sent.
Delivery or transit times will vary depending on the size of the package and the delivery location. Small and medium-sized packages are generally delivered within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date the packages leave our warehouse. Please note that we disclaim all liability for orders that do not meet anticipated delivery dates.

Upon receiving your order, inspect all shipping package(s) and items thoroughly for signs of damaged, missing, or incorrect parts. Our warehouses exert all efforts to prevent shipping damage, but it does occur on occasion. If you happen to receive a damaged part, please contact us for a replacement. We are not responsible for damaged, missing, or incorrect parts after 1 year from the date of receipt of the products, regardless of which party is at fault.
Please contact us immediately if you do not receive the entire shipment within two days of the carrier’s estimated delivery date. We will resend the package to you at no additional charge. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages reported more than 60 days after the estimated delivery date.
