Recent Repairs: carb rebuild ,headers,new gauges and its actually a 46 willys with a 1968 225 v6
ok my jeep is runnin really rouph at idle smothes out at higher rs. shut it off and i have a compleetely soaked carb im thinkin my fuel pump is to powerfull thanks in advance

Possibly the float is hanging allowing too much fuel to go into the carburetor. If you suspect the fuel pump, get a regulator and cut the pressures down to 4 to 6 psi.
