I am assuming this is an axel. Is this not something they should have caught when all the other repairs were being done? And we need to know what your complaint was to have the repairs completed. A clicking noise can be a cv joint, brake pads not tight. Also need to know if noise is from front or rear. Upper ball joints were replaced, rear diff seal replaced, rear diff fluid replaced, front sway bar bushing replaced, front sway bar link replaced, alignment done I think the clicking noise is coming from passenger side front. The clicking on turns is indicitative of the joint starting to fail. You might want to jack it up and safely support it, then look for anything that may be mis-aligned and touchi9ng something. If all is clear and tight, I would venture the CV joint. It is possible the brake pad is a little loose and causint the noise also.
